An year back I was presented with an offer for Life time free platinum debit card. The offer was presented on two occasions,
1. My net banking showed the offer on numerous times.
2. HDFC Call center told about the available on a/c offer for upgrade.
Now, after an year, I have been charged Debit Card Fee and HDFC callcenter is completely back tracking and saying the Card was not Free. I have lodged a complaint (TELC[protected]) with HDFC CC but I am 100% sure that the siphoned charges would not be reverted. Through this text I am trying to highlight the practice.
Currently, I have asked the card to be blocked so that I am not charged any further. The CSR has told me of no further charges after blocking but, with my trust in HDFC, I highly doubt it.
But, against all odds, I would like to request for review through 'consumer complaints'. Was this information helpful? |
