[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Cheated

I am a Hdfc customer since last 4 years. But now I am suffering & regretting my decision to have a hdfc credit card.I always paid my due on time but this time somehow I miscalculate my balance and paid only 50 rs less.
I need to pay 67, 384 but paid 67, 330 only and as a result Hdfc imposed me 2000 rs fine.
This happened second time but this time I decided to fight for this injustice and will go to consumer court if required.
On the top of that your customer support is rude
