[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cibil status | |||
I have recently closed my hdfc credit card account - [protected] by paying entire due amount on the card on 10th of march. In my latest cibil report, hdfc has updated status as "written-off" . The status should not be "written off" when i paid the entire due amount which was pending on my card.I even got the noc for no dues from hdfc bank.
