[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaining about my credit card limit issue | |||||
I am using a hdfc credit card from last 5 months and they give me a limit of 30000/- but on last month they reduce my credit limit to 24000/- with out any prior notice. Then i tried to contact with hdfc bank and they told me that they dont know how its happen. So one of the customer service agent told me that he raise a complaint about this issue and told me to wait for 2 days with in 2 days it will resolve but i wait for 5 days. There is no change in my limit so again i contact to hdfc care and know one of the agent told me they are not able to help me. She told that you need to contact via mail to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com so i contact them through mail but still i am not getting any resolution from there as will. I paid my all bills regularly on time as per the due date and i never pay any minimum amount to it. I always pay the hole bill amount. Whatever it was there. Was this information helpful? | |||||
