[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaint about outstanding balance. | |||||
Hi All, One of the customer care person contacted me and they have told that as part of special reward points they will activate One assist process which will be free for 1st one year. i, e they will debit the amount from my credit card but the cheque will be sent for the same. But I haven't receive any cheque from hdfc bank but the amount has been detected from my account. I have paid all my outstanding amount which I have used. But currently around 3K is showing as overdue which is related to One assist process. I am not sure why I should pay this amount as this service provided for free of cost. IF you have any doubt then please check with conversation between myself and your customer care service. I have raised the complaint about this and they have cancelled this service but partial amount only reflected my credit card statement. Please see the below reference for complete details about this issue.HDFC bank team suggested me to touch with Oneassist process, I have also contacted the One assist team and they have confirmed that they won't give a call to customer and activate one assist process and they have suggested me to contact bank . I couldn't understand why you people are playing with me. I was satisfied about your bank till before activate the one assist process but now totally dissatisfied. And also I have account with HDFC bank and also from your bankside given a call to activated this service, so why customer needs to give a call to 3rd party team? Please check this query and remove all my outstanding amount(Activation process, tax, late fee, etc..) which relates to one assist process Below are the complaint reference.
