HDFC Bank — Credit Card and Loan related Marketing Calls | |||
My phone [protected] is on full DND. Also my number is registered in DND with HDFC despite this, HDFC bank representatives still calls me to sell Credit Card or Loan at least 4 times a day. I am very much fed up. Could you please suggest to register a case against the bank in consumer court to ensure that they do not call me again? Recently I have received calls from following numbers of HDFC [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I can provide you a list all those numbers but then this area would not have enough space to take down all the numbers from which HDFC calls me. Its regarding Personal Loan
Despite complaining about the calls and SMS I again got a call from HDFC regarding Personal Loan. I am now very angry and HDFC is not stopping calling me for Credit Card or Personal Loan. Consumer Complaints Forum could you please step in and suggest how to file a case against HDFC and teach them a lesson?
