[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card billing | |||
I am an HDFC credit card customer for many years . I find that since past few months they have not been mailing me the bill, email or hard copy . They send me no reminder on my phone . When the due date has passed suddenly they start bombarding me with calls about payment made by extremely rude representatives . This is leading to my bill not being paid in time and causing immense anxiety to me . Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I looked through all the phone nos provided on this site . Tried all till finally one was answered and I could complain to them to send bills in time HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
