My name is Abid khan and i am a customer of hdfc bank since last 2 years. But due to some reason i got late to pay credit card bill, and next day I got a call from one of executive his name is LALIT JAIN. The way he talks to is very unprofessional and very rude. If bank employee will behave in such a manner then its a worst bank I have ever seen. If bank can't afford to keep a well educated employee then it should get shut down. If management can see this then I want to through out LALIT JAIN from hdfc otherwise I am going to surrender my credit card and also will surrender 40 other credit cards of my collegues in office. He said pay the bill other wise I will send an executive to your office then you will feel very bad for it, what the [censored] is that. I have a complete recording of that call.
