I was having HDFC Credit Card. in my credit card 6000 point was redeem by bank as cash Rs 2400. Aug 2015 i have given request to HDFC bank for redeem my point and i have paid payed credit card payment and Rs. 2400 have to adjust from my redeem point. but bank did not redeem my point and making penalty, interest and all charges. i have communicate to customer care and by mail also settall my account and close my credit card. now HDFC bank forcefully debited Rs. 9100 from my saving account.
