1. Late fee was charged without any dues pending, i don't know why it happens.
2. When i had payed my all dues within the due date in fact had payed extra over my dues how did my account overdue.
3. My due date of first instalment was 05/02/2016, i payed it all on 28/01/2016.
4. My due date of second instalment was on 07/03/2016, i payed this all in instalments i.E. On 08/02/2016, 18/02/2016 & 06/03/2016.
5. My due date for third instalment was on 05/04/2016, i payed this all in instalments i.E. On 12/03/2016 & 31/03/2016
Means i have alway paid my instalments within the due date or earlier than due date. And hdfc has deducted my 800 inr approx. As a late fee.
And when i asked about details form customet care helpline of hdfc he/ shr refuses to give the details. Was this information helpful? |
