HDFC Bank — CREDIT CARD DISAPPROVED | |||
Dear Sir, As per blow mail my application No. is CC21624758 and ref no. is [protected]O2. I have applied HDFC Bank Credit Card after checking all eligibility likes...Min, Salary, Financial Conditions that if your minium..salary is 15000.00 and you are working in a reputed organisation (Sperry plast ltd.) then you can apply for HDFC Credit card. According to my bank statement my salary is 17000.00 and As per ITR Return my other income is Rs. 150000 Per annual. I had received a call from a person speaking hdfc bank, and want to come to your house for verification. I tell all the location but no one came on the my house. We are waiting in the house. Later i saw my credit card application reject. I want to know why it happened. I work at a good company and my income is also true. Did you send the address proof chennai office with dicletation form, i did that too, after that my application has rejected. I want to ask why is happened. Hdfc bank is a repute bank and it's not good with any behaiv. I want this to be a full investigation and told me why this happened to me should be. I want to say that clear your verification system is not correct. You need to improve. I am waiting for your reply. DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY
I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.
We want Reason for Rejection as i have provided all the required documents they asked If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.
Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.
