HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card Division — Worst banking service for credit card.... | |||
I shared my documents on 27 August, 2015 for credit card ( apply ). After 5 days they asked me to send same docs by email, I send it again . After 7 days they asked me o to send again and i shouted to them and said to return my documents but sorry to say no body is picking up call . I tried HDFC bank (Mumbai ) also but alas no body helped me rather gave me another number. Strange but true that the behaviour I got from HDFC bank is really pathetic ... and service ...what to say...is it a service industry!! I doubt ...
