HDFC Bank — Credit card - not able to convert to emi

I purchased product using my credit card. I could not able to convert to EMI. Whenever i am purchasing using card, not possible to convert to EMI.
I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to EMI. If i want to convert to EMI. i want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to HDFC.
Please do the needful.
I am planning to deactivate my credit card and my salary account also.

114.50/- has been deducted in my account with this narration "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 280416"

I wanna know why this amount has been deducted without my permission from my saving amount.

If no response from HDFC. really i will go to consumer court regarding this.
Please dont cheat your valuable customer, we r believing HDFC and purchasing all stuffs.
