my customer no. 22727096 hdfc cutomer id hi i have credit card which hostiled i dont know why it happened im in financial crisis but this month my salary got swiped by your hdfc bank credit card division but they promised me that i have to pay only Rs.54, 000 but in my a/c they deducted Rs.25, 593 and yet to pay 76, 000 i dont know about your promise and commitment to customer if somebody has a/c with you. You can do anything without their permission this is how you treat customers. Because of this i dont have single penny in my hand this is the worst case in my life i really hate HDFC bank and im going to take action against this please provide proper response im loyal customer since 2007 but treated like i dont have word to say this is simply killing customers loyalty if anything can be done from your side if you have authority. please revise my charges in my a.c i have -76000 it is ridiculous please give justice im willing to pay my outstanding if it is proved dont cheat innocent customers even they are tenured more than 8+ years this is truly degrades your values i want to go further with hdfc but it treats me nuts and guides me to find a legal solution for this im paid 26000 willing to pay only 30000 thousand thats what i can do please give me justice review my a/c thanks i have no source to live my life without notifying me they are deducting the money for no reason this is truely injustice this cant be happen to any of our customer they loose trust in banks. please have email exchange between yourself and hdfc. dont talk much on phone. request hdfc bank officer to send email mentioning whatever they want to convey. request email id and employee id from hdfc bank officer calling u.

Feeling sorry for you. You broke my 1st rule of banking. Never take any load nor credit card from the bank where you have salary account / savings account. Sometimes it's a must to have savings account so open it, but keep minimum balance. It is perfectly legal for the bank to debit "pending" amount of your credit card / loan without your specific consent / approval. Now whatever done is done. Now, let's see what can you do now. 1. Check your credit card statement. If you don't agree with any transaction, dispute it now. Send email or registered post letter to bank. If you walk into the bank and handover the letter, get the acknowledgement stamp from bank. Preserve the receipt. 2. Send reminders if you don't get response or the answer you got is not satisfactory. Again it should be email or registered post. 3. Wait for a couple of weeks, if no satisfactory response, send complaint email / registered letter to Grievance Redressal Officer of HDFC. 4. If you still don't get satisfactory response, send complaint email / registred letter to Nodal Officer of HDFC. 5. If you still don't get satisfactory response, send your complaint to Reserve bank of India
You must to step by step and cannot skip any of these steps and cannot send complaint directly to RBI
