[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card regalia charges | |||||
I am an existing hdfc bank account holder for over 12 years now (preffered customer) and i had a totally free visa signature credit card without any annual fee. sometime in 2014 my card was "upgraded" by hdfc to regalia card which gives more reward points on every money you spend, and that too life time free card. Card# xxxx xxxx xxxx 8815 Pune Hdfc regalia Now every year i am being charged around 2800 rs. why??? I talked to my relationship mgr, she asked to complain in customer care. Customer care refused to revert. i also asked to downgrade my card or close the credit card. nothing happened, money didn't come back. I got busy in work now a yer passed and now this year again the charges are slapped. Really hdfc? This is how you make money? Was this information helpful? | |||||
