[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card settlement noc not received | |||
Hello Sir, I was holding HDFC credit card number 4346-xxxx-xxxx-2695. Due to financial difficulties I decided to settle my card. The final settlement amount was fixed for Rs. 15, 700( Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees) . The letter was issued to me on 27/10/2015 . Ref no- S 1636602. Inspite of my full payment of the of the settlement amount, I have not received my NOC. Neither my account is updated in CIBIL as settled. It still shows as Overdue/ Active status. Jul 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from the customer care department after a few days I had raised the issue stating that my NOC would be disbursed within 48 hours. However, even after 3 days I did not receive the NOC and mailed them stating my concern to their customer care department. I got a call again the next day regarding my concern. I specifically requested them to provide me a email stating that my account has been closed and settled and no further dues are payable. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
