[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card still not delivered! | |||
I am (supposed to be?) a 'privileged' customer of HDFC Bank. I work for a leading MNC and after receiving calls almost everyday for credit card since there were 'special' offers going on for my company, I finally decided to opt for one. All papers have been submitted, and the 'verification' calls have also been entertained. I was called on my cell phone, residential address and office extension by 3 different people for verification purposes. It has been more than a month now, and there is no sign of the card and no updates as well. The least that HDFC can do is ONE of the following: Either give me the card OR return my papers. They should also stop telling people that they will receive the card within 10 days and stop this 'special offer' business as well. Contact me on [protected] for more details. Aditya Divadkar.
