[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Cards — Malpractice with Customer Account

HDFC Bank Credit Card Department, I received a call where HDFC Bank executive informed me about the card up-gradation, I allow to up-grade the card but the rewards points of my cards was deducted from my account without my concern. When I mailed your official they asked me to send the call recording of the conversation with a reply that the executive informed me about this deduction as per their internal record. However no body informed me about this deduction also I sent the recording but no resolution till now. Sanjay Kumar [protected]
