Hello, I enrolled for Smart Pay, so that my Internet bill
and mobile bills are automatically paid. Even after enrolling for smart pay my
Internet bills was not paid for 2 months (1411 *2 = 2822 plus 100 late fine) and
because of that I had to pay fine to my Internet Service Provider. I
accordingly called the Customer centre Team on 29th of Oct and asked them to cancel
the smart pay as I didn’t want to go through any further complication. I paid
my bills on my own on the same day for Rs-2922. After 2 days my card was again
charged for 2922 amount. I called the Customer Service again and informed about
the same. The representative assured me that there is no such charge. I just
checked my Statement and figured out that I have been charged twice for 2922. I
would like to inform that your Customer service is pathetic and agents are
amateur without any product knowledge. There are number of instances wherein I was
provided wrong information. The Supervisor to whom I spoke with Manju Singh on
29th of Nov was behaving as if she is doing a favour by talking to
me and is good for nothing and she doesn’t deserve to be there at first place.
I am frustrated to the level that I can no longer tolerate
this Credit Card and your Customer Service.
