[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Request for account closing | |||
Dear sir/ madam i barkat ramjee ravjani . sb a/c no[protected] having a/c with your kurla kamani branch, decide to close my a/c .so, i requested you staff, for closer/ of a/c i was informed that it need approval from manger as he in meeting, so i went next day did all formality, 1 wk of aug, they told me they will give cal in 3 days nows nearly 20 days no reply, i request kindly look in to this matter asa possible . i didnt expected this, such big brand bank, hdfc. your staff was rude. they did want to give cell no of manager., with great pain and regret, regquest pl understand the customer, he does not deposit his money, only but his faith and time also thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

Many deductions happened in account stating DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP.Lot of money got deducted without any reason.It is very inconvenient to deduct money without reason.I feel very bad.nearly 2000k rupees
