I have applied a home improvement loan in HDFC months ago. They have deducted the processing fee. But they never respond about the status of the loan. They cheated me and stole my processing fee.

Now i am investigate about such charges, HDFC bank doing this like a fraud.
they claim they are charging for international transaction,

I am having a normal account current account
i am also having a merchant account for our website portal.
i am having a Sweep machine too.

i have tested with an Indian card and an international card.
when we received money they charge
when we pay money intl. they charge
when we sweep international card they charged extra.

it is totally wrong by HDFC bank it is doing fraud with their customers.

DC INTL ATM W/D MARKUP GST 010917-MIR[protected]. of Rs279.80. This dated on 1 sept. No intl transaction was done at that time and RM confirmed. He was too cluleless and said bank could not refund money. he also said did u visit abroad on 1? WTF LOL. No way and . Hdfx is stealing spree after in the name of gst
Modi has made life a hell already and now hdfc is stealing in the name of new tax. They are not notifying

HDFC bank debited my account also with the same kind of fraudulent transactions.

Same here, almost they charged me more than 2000 in 1 day, i havent even done a single transaction, , , worst bank i have ever seen, i have lost faith in this bank, hdfc should be banned for stealing our money

I'm in a another country I asked money to to someone because I needed but HDFC Bank eat my all the money can I get back into my account I'm attaching a screenshot.

20, 000 is a huge amount, why the hell you use people money for no reason. Refund my money.

Please answer what is this, this is so huge money and with out any knowledge of mine.
Unable to reach to customer care as waiting time is 30 minutes and getting dropped and my relationship manager number is unreachable in the Voice mail. Dont know what the hell is going on!
Refund my money ASAP
