[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Debit card & customer id not received

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I opened a saving account in the month of november 2014. I got cheque book & net banking password on 2nd December. But I am not able to access my account because they have not sent the Debit card & customer id till today. This is a very worst service from a MNC Bank. Is there any way if I can close the account with HDFC?
