HDFC Bank — Deduction from savings account

Hdfcbank versovaova bank has deducted rs rs. 393.26 on 9-4-14, ₹280.90 on 12-5-14 ₹280.90 on 14-6-14 and ₹280.90 from my sb account for not maintaining minimum balance of rs.10000/-as far as I know there was a directive from RBI that banks should not deduct money from customers for this reason.please help me.
