[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deduction of program management fee | |||
I checked my savings account and got to know that hdfc bank have deducted an amount of rs 100+service charge from my savings account. I checked it thoroughly and got to know that banktaken it as programme management fee which is ridiculous and impractical. For what they are charging this as such they are giving some great service to customers. What a bogus fee that programme management is? I am heard this for this first time and no other bank is charging. This is very unethical practice by hdfc bank, and there is no such criteria from rbi to charge for programme management. If this amount is not debited back to me within a week, then i will be bound to close my account with immediate effect. Not only me i will definitely close the account of my family members as well. Sir, I given my Adhar card to change the address, but till now from two month not get change of address.we feel the service of branch is worst of HDFC.I even inform to branch mgr.but no action & bank desk counseeler want some commission. This is the very bad position & now I will close the account.
