Please make two counters one for cash withdrawal & another for cash deposit so that the crowd can be dispersed quickly.

I am speaking about ns road mulund west branch as there is only staff doing both work. Her name is pooja k.

Please look into the matter & provide solutions at the earliest.

On dated 14th Nov, 2016 from my account the amount of rs 7500 had been deducted
For some transaction .but after enquiry rs 5000 has been credited in my account.but still rs 2500 has been not refund, so please revert of that immediately.

I made a purchase of 1200 rs through my debit card on 15 oct 2016.
transaction was declined however amount got debited. I submitted forms and also given the proof of transaction declined details to bank.
Bank is not ready to reverse the credit.. they are just pushing the details ..
kindly help to get the credit reversed...
HI Team,

My food Plus card is damaged, I couldn't use my Food plus card properly . I have to swipe 3/4 times for the machine to detect my card. Can you provide me new Food plus card on this regard.
