HDFC Bank — DEPOSITORY CHARGES From SALARY Account for inoperative Demat Account

Yet they deducted 561.80 for from my salary account as service charge for DEMAT account.I haven't used the DEMAT account even one and the account is inoperative; they didn't notify me of the deduction thus cheated me by forcefully giving DEMAT account saying its part of salary account and is free of charges but charged the service charge for the same. Please do the needful regarding this issue.
