This is to inform you that the information of my credit card has been leaked from HDFC bank and fake transactions worth Rs 38704/- ( 28.06.2015)has been deducted from my credit card. this information has already been registered by me one month back 29.06.2015. but no action has been taken by bank . I request you to kindly settle my case as early as possible. I had already launched FIR at my nearest Police Station For your information please.
