[Resolved] HDFC Bank — False Promis | |||
Hi Team, Myself Tamal Modak, address – Sonarpur Baidyapara, kolkata – 700150, Mob no – [protected] / [protected]. On 10th Feb’15 I have applied a HDFC Credit Card & filled up an application form. After one month I received the HDFC Credit Card ( [protected] ) through Blue Dart and then after Pin no. Today I received a call from the no[protected]. The lady tells me that I have to apply for a mediclaim and also a card protection policy. When I say I don’t want to do such kind of things, she told me that I have to pay for that if I am go for it or not. When I applied for the card, or when I signup the application form no one tell me about this. I just applied for a LTF Credit Card. Now I don’t want to use the credit card. From 9th November 2006 to 29th February 2012 I am a employee of HDFC Bank sister concern HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. I am totally upset that this kind of false promise having with me. Please do the needful.
