[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Fraud in Educational Loan refund by HDFC Bank Sales Manager Rachit Duggad

I started process for educational loan(Credila) from HDFC bank, Bangalore, then manager - sales from HDFC named Rachit started the process and told that loan was sanctioned and took the processing fees of Rs 31920 + Rs 7980. On 8th August, he told that he was not able to process the loan, so we asked to return our money. But from last 30days he is saying that he will refund the money but he is not doing any progress in that front. He is also very irresponsive in communication as well. Another problem we are facing even credila support team is not responding. I send them mail regarding this to '[protected]@hdfcbank.com'. they told me to send the same to credila support which is '[protected]@credila.com', but till now i didn't get any reply from them.
