Hi, my name is sandeep kumar yadav my ac no. is [protected]. i applied for loan in your bank and your bank representative mr. munfaid khan attend me, which is seating in behror and kotputli branch (rajasthan). when we talk about loan he never told me about processing fee. 2nd thing, i have sign loan documents but your representative cheats me, he mix insurance documents with loan documents and take sign of my on those papers and said in these form one form is for credit card apply form. is this the working style of your bank and your bank representative. why your representative not say truth and actual policies of your bank. your bank and your bank representative harassing me and mis guide me. i thought your bank continue this practice for long. now i talk about your customer care after loan debit on my account i saw massage on my mobile i called your loan customer care on saturday he said that your account not update till the time. i said okay. on tuesday i called again on your loan customer care first time i didn't heard your representative name and he said call in branch for more clarification i said okay i called mr. munfaid but he was not picking my call Was this information helpful? | |||
