My brother has took credit card from your bank, due to some financial reason he was unable to make payment which he also informed your concern department that he will try to make the payment asap but your collection agent calling me on mobile 15-30 times a day harassing & threatening me, using abusive language, visiting my house scolding my mother who is Diabetes & High BP Patient, Do you have any documents signed by me where i agreed to make payment in behalf of my brother if he won't be able to make his payment? Are you people hiring professional people or goons in your bank? due to this constant harassment if something happens to my patient mother are you guys going to take responsibility?
I hope to get revert from you ASAP.
