Dear sir/madam,
This s umamaheswari regarding my credit card payment of 5500 rs towards card no[protected] which needs to be paid on 3rd april...unfortunately i could not pay ontime due to not having money...so after the due date having received calls many time fa payment...i told them that will pay as soon as possible as i dont have money...coz i resigned my job recently...but a girl/lady who spoken with me fa card payment very harshly...since i told i will pay the money also she s scolding me like anything...the words she used are very bad..so that i felt very bad...the num she spoken from are [protected] and[protected]..i will arrange n pay my card payment on or before monday...but please do some necessary action on her as this s not the first time she spoken like this...her words are very rude n heartbreaking...and the way she s treating the customer is very worst which s spoiling the bank name..
