[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Has not closed the account and still charging useless fees | |||||
Hi all, Please help me.. i am getting frequent emails regarding hdfc bank account. hdfc bank and its officials are cheating on to me and this would be proved by the evidences and circumstances which i would be sharing... i had a salaried account opened with hdfc on 2012 december which lasted till 2014 august when i resigned. after that in my new company they want me to take sbt bank account for salary purposes. I am getting lot of emails & sms like this. "credits in a/c are subject to clearing." what does it mean? whether i have to pay them these minus balance amount? this account is currently inactive. Dear customer, The balance in a/c no. xxxxxxxxxx4665 at m g road - trivandrum as of 20-jul-16 is inr -7, 751.19. You have received alert by subscribing for banks instaalerts. to unsubscribe/ modify alerts login to netbanking or visit nearest branch. check a/c for current balance. Jul 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved 1. HDFC customer care service asked me to send a mail at [email protected] with account number, issue in detail and registered contact number mentioning reference Id provided in the subject line.
2. I got the acknowledged mail regarding complaint.
3. Got a call from the HDFC branch from which i have taken this account, asked me to come there for account closing process.
