Hello, Trans Ref # :[protected] Acoount No : [protected] Mobile No : [protected] Transaction Amount : 2000 Beneficiary AccNo : [protected] Beneficiary Bank : State Bank of India, Konni Branch I have done a transaction of Rs.2000 on 17 Oct 2016.The transaction got failed but the money has been debited from my account. The transaction got failed because of the timeout error which happened at the hdfc bank’s end. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have tried to transfer the amount to sbi using imps. IMPS Ref No.[protected]. It says timed out at beneficiary bank account. Money is debited from my account and not credited to recipient bank account. Request to please solve this problem
