Hi Team, i have been charged Rs.224.72 as TPT cash txn charges Sep13 070414 from my bank without any prior notice and which was not deducted previously. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly revert this amount to my account. How can you people deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. Kindly refund my deducted amount.

Hi Team, i have been charged Rs.112.30 as TPT cash txn charges for the months OCT '13, NOV'13 and JAN'14 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. how can you ppl deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. i had also been charged the same amount by HDFC, and their reply was that if any cash deposit is being done to my account by someone else then it is chargable an amount of Rs 100 + tax and it has been stated in their website also. They even said only if i deposit as a cash it will not be not be charged. Any cheque deposit, ATM deposit and online transaction will not be chargable. I am not sure if RBI guidelines says the same or not but i donot understand the logic behind this. If someone is depositing the person who deposits must be charged but why do they charge the account holder?

1) TPT cash txn charges Dec13 090414
2) TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414
3) 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 150414

TPT cash txn charges from HDFC Bank without any prior notice and which
was not deducted so far. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly
