HDFC Bank — HDFC Credit Card bill | |||
Hi Team, when i took HDFC credit card in Dec 2013, i was told that sir if you are unable to make the payment you can only pay the minimum due and and there will be no charges.. and when i received my statement in Dec 2014 there was financial charges charged to my account. When i call customer care on 21st Dec 2014 to discuss this after long conversation he was unable to give me the right justification, he was kind of playing a blame game and gave me some answer, he said bill will have the offer end date etc and all and when i questioned him that in bill i am unable to see any end date then he was changing his colors. I told him to arrange the call back with the senior authority he said he shall in next 48 hours. But i havent received any calls since then, on 16th Jan 2015, i get the call from collection team stating sir your payment, i explain him all over again and i ask for call back, he said sure sir i shall have the call back arranged and then we can talk about you settling your bill, and its 20th Jan today i still havent received any calls. and in the meanwhile i have another bill generated with few other charges and late payment fees etc..now why should i bear these expense when there is the miss from HDFC bank, i am being proactive and been calling them to talk and settle the bill but seems like they are not interested in serving the customer and clarify the doubts, i would like to take this and expose in public the service given by the HDFC bank.. its pathetic and horrible..
