HDFC Bank — HDFC Credit card Fraud

This is regarding my complains: HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], #[protected]. The first complain was raised on 24th July 2015. I was promised that I would get Rs.250 as cashback by the HDFC representative who came to collect the form, but was not reflecting in any of my statements. After frequent follow-up’s I was told that I am not eligible for it and they asked for contact details of the person who collected the form which unfortunately I don't have it, and HDFC provided an excuse stating that only online applications are eligible for this offer. Secondly, I was promised that I am eligible for 5% cashback on certain category of transactions which also is not reflecting in my statements from the beginning. I get calls from HDFC in this regards, some said I am eligible and others declined. Finally Mr. Manikandan, HDFC Manager, agreed that I am eligible for the cashback via email (earlier he declined the same while in a discussion on call) and the same is already credited to my card account. But I still can't find it. Only Rs.44.45 was credited as cashback in my account, the calculation for which even HDFC customer care support team and your manager Mr. Manikandan failed to explain. Also, on my last call to customer care on 24th August 2015, the lady promised a call back from one of the Manager Mr. Chandrashkar but that too didn’t happen. Later, I sent an email to Mr. Binod P on 26th August and don’t know why, I am still hoping that I would get a response in spite of sending him reminders. I am really annoyed with the type of service provided by HDFC.I have wasted hours on call with your support team and my money too.

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 04/09/2015 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card.

At the outset, we deeply regret to note the feeling of dissatisfaction you have been left with during the course of your recent interaction with us.

We understand from your e-mail that you seek clarification regarding the cash back offers on your credit for Rs.250.00 on the first transaction of Rs.1000.00 and on 5% cash back offer on spends in the first 90days since the card set up.

As clarified in our earlier response, the cash back of Rs.250.00 is applicable only on credit card applications applied online through the Bank's website. The cash back shall be eligible on first transaction minimum of Rs.1000.00 within the 45days of card set up. The offer can be viewed online while applying for credit card. Mr Pramod,
I am really tired of waiting.
Every time I write a mail I get a response after 7 days. If this is what is called PRIORITY, I wonder what would be the normal process.
Anyways, do I have an option other than waiting again and again for 7 days?
Please do respond with something which is not repetitive and a sensible solution.

This company HDFC is a completely def and dumb with no ethics. They are highest on cheating in all aspect including the top management, My case is waiting for light for over year that too when I stopped payment and these guys are harassing my parents
Hi,
i have the same issue with HDFC, i got the ECS stopped and it was again paid without my knowledge, later when i checked there were late payment charges and when i asked to remove that, they clearly said no to that and asked for the full amount including penalty and late payment charges.
nothing is happening and now i see that they have impacted my CIBIL badly, i cant even get a loan for non payment of INR 1500, which was not even my fault.
