HDFC Bank — home loan processing fees refund

I apply home loan trough agent . Before applying this loan I have clear every matter about home . The home is 15 years old. After knowing this peoperty .the agent give me surety about loan and took the cheque of processing fee.but loan not approved by bank say to me reason that the property is old and permission not given by technical teem .so, i demand my processing fee and they ask me to give full amount.but now they say to me deduct some amount.so, please help me.mob no.[protected].my name is anil kahar
