[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I did not get my Final settlement DD after closing my Credit card Account | |||
Hi, No mail or message triggered for tracking number for Blue dart courier while sending the DD. I am following up since more than one month. Nobody contacted me about my DD. HDFC Customer service is very bad.I applied for updating Address. It has been rejected. Either HDFC is not sending to nearest branch to collect the DD or not sending the mail to Blue dart courier to that DD. The Blue dart courier person called me to collect the draft. As I am not in registered mailing Address, I changed my company. I told him to collect from his office by showing Government ID proof. He was not will to hand over my draft. He told it will return to the Bank. His number is [protected]. Please help me to get this draft. Note: HDFC people are not writing anything to hand over my cheque to Blue dart people also. HDFC Customer Care Offer me Personal Banking Manager. But they don't tell me this service is paid. Now they debit 115 Rs. "PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016". i want my many back and don't want Personal Banking Manager.
