[protected] KUNAL FOOD ( SINCE CLOSED ) BESIDE THESE A/C MY SENIOR STAFF ALSO MAINTAIN THEIR A/CS . I HAV MENTIONED TWO OLD A/CS ALSO SO THAT TO ACCESS THE SERVICES AND MY MAINTAINANCE IN PAST . IN THIS WAY ME AND MY FAMILY IS CURRENTLY RUNNING 8 ( EIGHT ACCOUNTS SAVING AND CURRENT BOTH . SIR AS FAR AS I REMEMBER MY A/CS WERE OPEND IN 2006 OR 2007 WHEN MR NAVEEN WAS THE MANAGER, THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS WERE MR SUMIT GROVER, MR VISHAL AND SOME OTHERS WHOSE NAMES I CAN NOT RECOLLECT RIGHT NOW . TILL THEY REMAIND IN THE BRANCH WE WERE MORE THEN SATISFY, THERE AFTER THE STAFF IS GOING ON CHANGING AND NOT A SINGLE OR TWO PERSONS THE WHOLE STAFF CHANGED MANY TIMES AS THE RECORD WILL BETTER SAY . THE WORST EVER STAFF IS NOW RUNNING THIS BRANCH, NEITHER THEY COOPERATE NOR THEY KNOW THE WAY ONE SHOULD BEHAVE WITH THE COSTMER IN A PRIVATE BANK. THE FIRST NAME IF I HAVE BEEN ASK WORST MISBEHAV AND ILLMANNERED PERSON IS MR JAGDEEP KALRA WHOSE PH NO. IS [protected] . MY STAFF WHO REGULARLY ATTEND THIS BRANCH ALWAYS COMPLAINED FOR HIS MISBEHAVIOUR AND BAD LANGUAGE HE USES, AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK EVEN RTGS TAKE 6 TO 7 HAURS AND THAT TOO AFTER REMINDING HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN . THE SECOND MISBEHAVING PERSON IS MR VISHAL MISHRA . THOUGH I SHOULD NOT COMMENT BUT HE IS NOT EVEN CAPPABLE OF ANY PUBLIC DOMAIN AND HDFC HAD CHOSEN HIM . ITS VERY AMAZING . A SIMPLE TELEPHONIC TALK WOULD PROVE ME RIGHT VIEW ABOUT THIS MAN . AN EXAMPLE JUST AN EXAPLE NOT THE ONLY GREVIANCE OF THEIR INEFFECIANCY IS MY ONE CURRENT A/C NET BANKING IS NOT WORKING SINCE I THINK LAST MORE THAN A YEAR AND MANY TIME FILLED FORM HAS BEEN TAKEN .BUT NOTHING COULD BE DONE TILL TODAY . EVERY TIME VAT AND INCOMETAX I HAV TO PAY FROM DIRECTORS SAVING A/CS . BUT IT ALWAYS SEEMS FALL ON DEAF EARS . YOU R REQUSTED TO APPOINT A SENIOUR PERSON TO MEET MY STAFF AND LISTEN TO THERE VERSIONS AND THE DEEDS OF THESE PERSONS . WE EVEN DONT KNOW WHO IS THE BRANCH MANAGER, WHOME TO COMPLAINT I THINK EVERY MEMBER IS MANAGER HERE . I HAVE BEEN COMPELLED TO CLOSE MY ALL ABOVE MENTIONED A/CS .
