I am a customer with bank for 6 years and currently the bank is not helping maintain its credibility. I m suffering from non receipt of insta alert, OTP nd banking inconvenience which is leading to considerable loss of time nd money and frustration .though having registered complaint BANC[protected], no response have been received in last 5 days nd even bank officials are reluctant nd not helping.request step in to help my cause .

We have checked our record and found that OTP was sent on your registered mobile number. You need to laise with the mobile service provide for non receipt or delay. We also suggest you to re-start your phone and ensure that enough space is available to store SMS.
