[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Issue of credit card and health insurance policy without consent | |||
Mr. Paramveer Singh Maan, Sector-14 Branch, Hisar came to our office and requested for opening a salary account. I refused to open new account because I have already two account in my name. He pressurised me through my officers and I opened a account. A./C No. [protected] is allotted to me under zero balance scheme. Without my consent he issued me Platinum card No.[protected] and health insurance policy No.[protected] and[protected]/2. I refused hundred times on phone not to issue me credit card and health policy because being a govt. servant I have no need of it. But they have not listen to me and issued above said facilities in my favour. I went many times to HDFC office for surrender of my account and credit card and health policy but they are not ready to close my above said account. Now letters are coming to me for making the payment. Sir, I request to help my in closing of above said account and health policy. I will not make any payment. They are making the fool of customers and selling their products without the consent of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
