HDFC Bank — Issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges

Hi Team, I have already submitted the DMAT closing form to the branch but this is still not credited to my account and even no response from bank side.This was 4 years back when the bank executive filled a DMAT A/C form telling the false commitment, that this is free of cost to HDFC salaried holders.The amount is around Rs. 3, 500 (in last 4 years) you have charged for non operational account without any notification. I want my money back which is deducated in last 4 years(Rs. 3, 500). Customer id[protected]salary account) Dmat Account: 32031649. Please let me know if more information is required.
