HDFC Bank — KYC Not updated for Last 6 Months

My KYC details have not been updated on my repeated attempts for the last 6 months. It seems the Grievance Redressal is also not doing the work properly. I have incurred heavy losses due to transactions I am not able to perform on the Card. This has turned to be really very frustrating, and I am hoping this complaint would be resolved and looked at diligently.
