[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Looting of Money without customer knowledge | |||
HDFC Bank has looted my money worth INR 47, 000 without even informing me stating non-payment of credit cards. However they didnt understand my frustration i had with them for not issuing credit card when i wanted and also i told them to close my credit card (which they did immediately). However, when i said am not making payments only because of your poor customer service, they dont care about it. They have looted my hardened salary (18 hrs a day of toil). When i call them for refund, they speak bull policies which none of the customers in the world would know. I want my money back and this HDFC credit card be sued and pay me 5 lacs as compensation for the disgrace i have been facing. Was this information helpful? | |||
