HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — Cancellation Delay in Personal Loan Account

I have submitted all required documents yesterday as per below attached information and i gave the check of full amount after calculating your cash executive in G-Block Noida (Loan branch) as per mentioned in the attached mail but we did not received any confirmation mail from your side, i know may be under process or further follow up. So kindly request after fulfill the cancellation procedure so plz send the confirmation mail for future reference. You will be the responsible if any making the payable liabilities because it was not delay from my side, your response was received after 21 days (15+6days). it was so more time to manage the customer.i have been done all liabilities from my side as per your mail so please check and cancelled immediately. no need any further excuse or clarification on the same. I would like to say thanks to all HDFC Team for taking the follow up on this disputed case and i want to share on thing to upper leadership team please manage the time for response to the customer in time. it was delay to provide the resolution on time so basically please manage the timeline for this type of probels of the customer resolution because it was delay due to your response. I was taking the follow up from fist day but we have received your response after more days to go.
