[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Miscommitments from HDFC bank collection agents

I have HDFC platinum credit cards with credit limit of 100000/- i used whole of that but also kept paying minimum amount due, in between i lost my job and fell in a serious financial crises, when i realized that i will never be able to pay the due amount (95000) i asked their collection agents who used to call me for payment of dues that i cannot pay any amount further as i don't have any money, he told me that if i can pay 5000/- then he can fix the installment for rest of the amount for two years i paid that but no action had been taken, my dues stood still plus bank added further interest charges, than i again committed for settlement on 30000/- and i have been asked to pay 16500/- as first installment and remaining 13500/- on receipt on settlement letter. But again i have been cheated by collection agents of HDFC bank. when i called bank and report then they ask me that do i have any proof ??i dont have... that was one to one meeting with collection agent who represent HDFC bank for me they were the bank, now they are again calling me for payment, and threatening me for payments and now agents are hidden behind and bank employees coming on front, and not considering any miscommitment done by their agents. I dont have any money to pay to HDFC, except what one of their agent promised me on settlement now left 13500/- is what i can pay if they can issue me the settlement letter. What should i do now Kindly guide. Sameer.
