Sub: Misguided info provided by customer support regarding HDFC Credit Card payment (last 4 digit of my credit card: 0556)

This is regarding the credit card payment for the outstanding amount. In December 2015, I wanted to settle down all the outstanding amount but the customer support asked first to pay the minimum due amount and then requested reversal would be done. Later on, I observed no reversal was made. Even without intimating me, my card had/has facility o[censored]sing over limit amount which caused over limit charge. I complained about this as well and asked quit the over limit facility but nothing was done in this regard.

They keep on levying the over limit charge, late payment charge and financial charge so far. I tried to settle this thing many time but there was no proper resolution provided as they were making huge money due to this charges.

Whenever, I got my credit card bill statement I tried to settle first and then make the payment. Sometime, it caused making payment lately but that was due to their mishandling. Even for this late payment, they levied late payment charge many times. I kept on paying the "minimum due amount" so far as I thought on day it would be settled and I will pay the remaining amount. But it never happened and they are not ready to provide the proper resolution.

Finally, I stopped (this month) making the payment until they provide the vital resolution on this.

I got a call today morning (Jun 23, 2016) from HDFC credit card customer support and the guy is asking the same thing to make the payment "minimum due amount" first. He is not even considering my request for reversal. He was also THREATING me for the consequence and asking my current stay details in HARSH way.

I am looking forward to get the reversal of late payment charge, over limit charge and financial charge levied in last six months as it was happened due to their misguided info and mishandling. I am ready to pay the remaining amount.

I am looking forward Consumer Court kind consideration to settle this.

I could not see a single reply yet from HDFC. Please promptly respond on this.
The HDFC collection team keeps on calling me but not ready for any resolution. They are not responding on this complain.

Please take the action accordingly.
I am still waiting for their response.
I still did not get any response on this. Looking forward for HDFC reply and resolution.
