HDFC Bank — No clarity provided by customer care on Annual Fee and other charges on Diners Club international Care

I called customer care from my mobile number [protected] to get clarity on the Annual fee, Joining fee and other applicable charges. I was asked to wait by the customer service representative till he gets me the details, I waited for 15 mins and the call got disconnected. This happens every time I try reaching customer care.
