HDFC Bank — No response/actions to issue Web Pin of Food Plus Prepaid Card

I have a Food Plus Prepaid Card of HDFC Bank. It was allotted to me by my previous Employer Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS). I have requested HDFC bank at least 10 times to allot me a fresh pin so as to be able to use the card where I have accumulated a significant amount. The only response from HDFC bank (through email and Phone banking) is that they can only send a new pin to my registered address. Now the problem is that I was given this card by my previous employer CTS and hence the registered address mentioned with the HDFC bank is of my employer's office address Moreover my employer has also changed its office, so now the condition is that if HDFC will issue a fresh pin to me, then it will reach at the previous office address where neither I will be available nor my erstwhile employer Cognizant. HDFC Bank has no answer to my problem. Nor are they providing any interest to my approx Rs 16000 lying dormant in the card since 2 years.
